The YMCA received more than 100 evaluation forms back from attendees at WAFIC 2011. We thank those of you who sent your forms in and they have formed an integral part of planning for WAFIC 2012. We have collated the feedback, highlighted the common issues and provide our comments regarding the feedback. We do this every year but for the first time we have decided to let you have a read, so that you can see our responses and ways we can make this event better.
